Where We Ship: We currently ship directly to Germany and Ireland (Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland). Worldwide and broader EU expansion is coming soon.

Free Shipping: Standard delivery is complimentary on all orders. 

Processing Time: Please allow 1–2 business days for us to inspect, package, and dispatch your order.

Delivery & Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your package's journey. Delivery timelines are estimated by our courier partners. While we ensure your jade pieces are sent out on time, minor delays due to local courier schedules or customs remain beyond our direct control.

Packaging: Your jewelry arrives wrapped in our signature protective packaging—designed to keep delicate jade safe in transit while offering a beautiful unboxing experience.

Delayed or Missing Parcels: If your order hasn't arrived within 3 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, please reach out to us at modujade@gmail.com with your name and order number. We will gladly look into your shipment right away.

Address Accuracy: We kindly ask that you verify your address at checkout. We cannot be held liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. Please contact us immediately if you need to correct your address prior to dispatch.
