Returns Policy

We want you to adore your piece from ModuJade. If your purchase isn't quite right, we welcome returns on all unused and unworn items in original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

How to Return

  1. Email modujade@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will confirm your request and provide the return address and instructions.

  3. Package your item carefully. (Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.)

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item and packaging in its original and unused condition, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours at modujade@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement right away.
